"The car was an excellent, comfortable little car, was easy to handle, particularly driving in Italy. The car pick up point in Rome was good as well as the drop off point (although had to double park car at Linate Airport, as no spaces left). Staff were courteous and no problems. Was very happy to have excess free insurance, although never had to make damage claim. Hiring this car was good value for money."
