No Credit Card Fees!

We no longer charge a fee for credit card payments for online and telephone bookings. This is on a trial basis at present and will be reviewed at the end of August 2007.

New Website Section – My Bookings

If you have already made a booking with us, you can use this new feature to check the status of your booking and download your voucher. Click here and login to My Bookings.

Secure Online Bookings

When making a booking on our website, customers can now take advantage of the additional security provided by Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. These services provide further protection against potential fraudulent transactions. Customers will be required to enter their password for these services if they have already signed up for the service. Customers with cards from participating banks who have not signed up will be asked to complete the sign-up process before they are able to complete their car hire booking. If you require more information about these new schemes, we recommend that you contact your bank or visit the Visa Visa or Mastercard websites.

New Summer Opening Hours

We have extended our weekday opening hours, we are now open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm.

Change of Fuel Policy with Auriga Crown

Please be aware that the fuel policy with Auriga Crown changed on the 1st July. Customers who booked after this date must return the vehicle with an empty tank. No refunds will be be made for un-used fuel. Please check your car hire voucher or our website for more information. The following suppliers provide a fairer fuel policy and can be used as an alterative; Helle Hollis at Malaga, Diesel Car at Alicante, and Hiper at Palma.
