"We were allocated an Opel Astra, having paid for a Skoda Fabia or similar. This was, of course, most satisfactory.
However, the car in question might have been cleaner, both inside and out. It also had numerous scratches and minor damage albeit that they were duly noted and marked up in a fair manner.The car performed satisfactorily at all times. Both members of staff with whom I dealt were pleasant and attentive, Their command of English was also excellent.
