"Hi there - everything administrative worked well! We hired Sat Nav for which we were very grateful however the unit was a little temperamental at times and the connection to the cigarette lighter had to be secured in place with a heavy guide book! Perhaps regular checking/maintenance of the units could be improved as they are not cheap to rent! I also release that this is the responsibility of the local agents and not Economy directly but it does reflect on you. Special thanks to Sarah Haines who was brilliant to deal with. Jen Hoy"
