"Hi, I can honestly say that I have never received a service like I experienced recently with our car hire in Lindos. The car was delivered when it was expected and considering they had delivered the car from 45 miles away I was expecting some delay!. The car that we had was brand new with the exception of the delivery mileage and the mileage that was used from Rhodes Airport to our hotel in Lindos. The Representative was friendly and gave us free maps along with some hidden places that we may have liked. On the day the car was due to be returned I waited by the car 15 minutes prior to the pickup and my mobile went, It was the owner and he was apologising because he had nobody to pick the car up, he then said that he wanted us to keep the car for a further day which he would pay for and would cover all the insurance costs!!. I have never experienced customer service of this nature anywhere else. He actually arrived for the car himself at the agreed time as he wanted to apologise in person!!. I cannot thank you enough and I don't envisage you having any complaints about Payless Car Rental!!."
